Some vehicles were part of the TDI Buyback and Remarketing program and received only the Step 2A portion of the 23Y8 Action. Customers purchasing these vehicles are entitled to a no-charge replacement of the Emissions Control Module (DOC/DPF/SCR) once the vehicle accumulates more than 70,000 miles. Update to procedure.
