VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2013-2018 ALTIMA; FRONT COMBINATION LAMPS (HEADLAMPS) INSPECTION INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2013-2018 Altima vehicles, to inspect and, if necessary, replace both combination (headlamp) assemblies (Halogen only). This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number PC861 to this campaign.
