Official summary

Call any authorized Honda dealer and make an appointment to have your vehicle repaired. The dealer will replace the door handle bracket and remove any corrosion found from the door handle area. The repair takes about 90 minutes; however, your vehicle may need to be at the dealer for a longer period of time. We recommend that you plan to leave your vehicle for half a day to allow the dealer flexibility in scheduling. In rare cases of significant corrosion, further repairs may be needed and may take several days. This work will be done free of charge.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
