Official summary
This Technical Information Notice was sent to dealers to inform them MMNA mailed letters to owners with Alabama addresses printed on an Alabama Law Enforcement Agency letterhead and mailed in an envelope with MMNAâ  s Alabama mail processing return address, who own certain 2004-2007 Lancer, 2006-2009 Raider, and 2012-2017 i-MiEV vehicles with open Takata recalls.
