Official summary

TSB: Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Sequoia and Tundra vehicles equipped with a sliding sunroof or moonroof may exhibit a binding, seizing, or sticking condition when attempting to open or close. In some cases, a clicking noise is present when the sliding sunroof or moonroof is stuck open or closed. This condition may be caused by rusted or seized sliding roof cables

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
