Official summary
Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a low-level instrument panel cluster (IPC) which has a 4.2-inch display and built on or before 07-Oct-2021 may experience erratic operation of the Eco-Coach display, or this feature may be missing from the IPC menu. This may be due to software parameters in the IPC. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the IPC.
