Official summary

Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may show a Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) anti-lock brake system (ABS) module software update available after a successful coordinated PCM software update. If the coordinated PCM software update on the PCM, BECM, SOBDMC and ABS completed, the ABS software update app still being present in FDRS can be disregarded. No further programming for this condition is required.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
