Official summary

Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a creak/pop type noise when any of the side doors are opened and closed. This may be due to incorrect door installation, alignment and/or incorrect tightening of the two bolts which hold the door to the vehicle body. To correct this condition, inspect for and address any damage to the door and/or latch components, then remove and reinstall the suspect door following the instructions located in the Digital Owners Manual, Removable Vehicle Components > Removable Doors > Removing and Installing the Doors. In this section you ll also find a detailed tutor

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
