Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with a pinch condition of the passenger airbag wire harness in the instrument panel. If the wires are damaged the airbag light will illuminate, indicating a fault in the system. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and for the continuous improvement of Rivian vehicles.
