Official summary
LATCH, Front Door If the vehicle condition is related to the door window smart glass operation or window not lowering when the outside door handle is actuated latch replacement may be uneccessary. There is a simple door handle to latch adjustment specified in the latch installation service procedure. 23 - Body / Doors - Front / LATCH, Door / Installation. The handle/latch/window switch adjustment is specified in steps 7 through 9.
