WIRELESS CHARGING REQUIRES DOORS TO BE CLOSED SERVICE INFORMATION The wireless charging pad requires the vehicle doors to be closed before charging will start, and while charging, the function is suspended when the doors are opened. This function is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM), and is normal.
