Official summary
Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E/F-150 vehicles may exhibit a Reverse Brake Assist Unavailable message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with missing active guide lines in the reverse camera display. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0415:86 may also be present in the IPMA. This may be due to a network interruption during module programming and/or when a module was disconnected which can cause the steering center find to be reset and various features to become disabled.
