Official summary
Some 2021 Corsair/Escape vehicles equipped with 2.0L or 2.3L engines and built on or after 04-Jan-2021 may exhibit a rattle/buzz noise on start-up/idle/slow speed from the back of the engine compartment area. This noise may be caused by fuel line heat shield contact with the fuel/brake lines at the rear engine compartment. The fuel line heat shield is located on the front dash cross member. Adjust from the bottom of the heat shield 10à  à ° forward or 15 mm (0.6 inches) clearance between the shield and the fuel/brake lines.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
