Official summary
Some 2021 Broncos equipped with the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond and/or Badlands trim levels built on or before 23-Jun-2021 may exhibit a whistle type noise coming from the drivers side mirror area of the vehicle. This may be caused by an excessive gap between the exterior mirror cover and glass housings. If the source of the noise is coming from the drivers door mirror assembly an updated exterior mirror cover is available to correct this condition.
