Official summary
Some 2021 Bronco Sport vehicles may exhibit DTC C009C present in the all-wheel drive (AWD) module with any of the following messages displayed in the IPC: Service Advance Trac, Hill Start Assist Not Available, Pre-Collision Assist Not Available, 4WD Malfunction, and/or Reduced Power. This may be due to connector C413 not fully seated or loose connector pins. Repair or replace connector as required. Refer to wiring diagram cell 005.
