Official summary
My Communication for Detroit Connect Over the Air Issue Update. This is an update for the previously communicated Over the Air functionality issue on CTP1s. We are currently testing a solution for the issue that is affecting these CTP1 telematics devices. While testing is not complete initial results are promising. The solution will require a soft ware update which is currently planned for October/November.
