Official summary
Some 2021 Bronco Sport vehicles built on or before 01-Aug-2021 may exhibit a shift system fault warning displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). The vehicle may also exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0708, P0709, P2803, 2804 and/or P07E6 in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to software calibration. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.
