Official summary
Some 2020-2021 Mustang GT500 vehicles may exhibit a clatter noise/vibration in reverse (R) at 3-8 mph (5-13 km/h) and/or an illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P175C, P175D, P175E, P0844, P0849 and/or P0874 set in the transmission control module (TCM). This may be due to the software in the TCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to check the transmission fluid pressure sensor and reprogram the PCM/TCM.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
