Official summary
2017-2020 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.5L engine and a 10R80 transmission may experience an error message while performing Transmission Characterization/Solenoid IDN with IDS v122.05 stating "Unable To Communicate With The Module". A temporary workaround to complete programming is as follows: Uninstall IDS from the computer. Then, run the IDS clean up utility tool, located on PTS > Rotunda Tab > Diagnostic Tool Support > IDS Support > IDS troubleshooting guide. Next, Install IDS v122.01 (122_FULL) and retry the Transmission Characterization/Solenoid IDN using IDS level 122.01. Monitor OASI
