Dealer Message - American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching for certain 2020-2022 Odysseys with a customer complaint of the auto-up feature failure of the rear sliding door window; the window goes up halfway and falsely reverse downward. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
