Official summary
Some 2021 Bronco vehicles equipped with exterior zone lighting may experience an intermittent single hazard lamp flash when hazards are off. This condition is due to the body control module (BCM) software. This condition occurs when zone lighting is activated then deactivated while the engine is OFF, or during an engine auto-start-stop event. This condition may be temporarily suppressed by activating then deactivating the zone lighting feature while the engine is running. Module replacement will not resolve this condition.
