Official summary
Some 2020-2021 Navigator Black Label vehicles may exhibit a light scratching or haziness on the headlamps and taillamps after removing the transport protective covering on the vehicle. To correct this condition, polish the affected areas using a microfiber fabric, foam pad (3M-02648 model R-0297), clear coat polisher (3M-51056) and a power tool buffer (3M-28333). Do not attempt to replace the headlamps/taillamps before applying the polishing procedure.
