Official summary
Some 2020-2021 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped from the factory with an exterior backup alarm may also experience an interior chime when the vehicle is placed into the reverse position. This chime may come through the vehicles audio system or through the instrument cluster. This may be due to incorrect as-built data in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). To correct the condition, using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool, run the IPC - Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Configuration application. For claiming, use causal part 10849 and applicable labor operations
