Official summary
Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles may have a trigger link within the transmission range control module (TRCM) that is prone to fracture. If it fractures, the vehicle may be stuck in park. The driver may also notice a ?Service Transmission? Driver Information Center (DIC) message. Dealers are to replace the transmission range control module.
