Official summary
Certain 2020MY Santa Fe vehicles (TMA) may experience air conditioning not blowing cold air from the vents after some period of normal operation. This condition may be caused by an out of specification Evaporator Temperature Sensor. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to inspect and, if necessary, replace the Evaporator Temperature Sensor to correct the condition.
