Official summary
Some 2020-2021 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 08-Mar-2021 and equipped with SYNC 3 may exhibit a touch screen appearing to be randomly touched without user input, slow operation and/or inoperative touch screen operation. To correct the condition, replace the front display interface module (FDIM). For claiming, use causal part 18B955 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
