Basic Problem 2016 model year Civic vehicles produced before January 12, 2016 have incorrect information related to the bumper compliance test. The label is printed with a speed of 5 mph and should be written with correct speed of 2.5 mph. In error, the 2015 Civic bumper impact speed rating was used for the 2016 Civic Monroney label
