Official summary
IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle is operated as follows: 1. The ambient temperature is below freezing (below 32°F / 0°C). 2. The engine was started and the vehicle driven a short distance. 3. The vehicle was then parked (engine turned OFF), and then allowed to sit for at least 10 minutes. THEN, when restarting the engine: - The engine will crank but not start OR - The engine will start, but the engine will not respond to throttle pedal input. AND - One or more of the following Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) related DTCs are found stored in the ECM: -P2100 (ETC MOT PWR-B1) -P2101 (ETC FNCTN/CIRC-B
