IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle has insufficient heat based on the "PTC Heater Specifications" on page 2. And The vehicle?s current EV/HEV software version for the "Vehicle Control Module" (VCM) is in "Table A" on page 8. * Refer to step 14 on page 8 in the SERVICE PROCEDURE to check current EV/HEV software version. NOTE: One or more of the following DTC?s below may be present: * B2773 PTC Heater Circuit 1 * B2774 PTC Heater Circuit 2 ACTION 1. Reprogram the VCM with CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus). 2. Replace the PTC heater. Please see this bulletin for further details.
