Official summary
IF YOU CONFIRM Oil is leaking from the upper end of the engine oil cooler. ACTION: Reseal the oil cooler with the parts listed in the PARTS INFORMATION on page 2. - For repairs, refer to REPAIR PROCEDURE starting on page 3. NOTE: Do not replace the complete engine oil cooler assembly for this incident, if it should occur. See this bulletin for further detail.
