Some 2020-2021 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit an inoperative radio, no communication with the audio front control module (ACM), and/or diagnostic code (DTC) U0184 stored in the SYNC module (APIM) or instrument panel cluster (IPC). If the vehicle is in transport mode, disable transport mode and retest. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-10. If the concern is still present, perform a radio power reset by removing fuse F32 in the body control module (BCM) for 5 minutes. Reinstall the fuse and retest.
