Some of the above vehicles equipped with premium headlamps have headlamp shutters that may not function as intended when in the high beam mode. This condition does not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108 - Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.
