Official summary
This bulletin involves inspecting and if necessary modifying the fuel filler housing. It may also involve inspecting the fuel filler door and if necessary reinstalling or replacing the fuel filler housing. Rattle and/or buzz at the right rear of vehicle and/or fuel door will not open.
