Official summary
Some 2020 Navigators vehicles may have a symptom of the interior and/or ambient temperature not showing at the top of the SYNC screen after updating the SYNC software. To resolve this condition, reflash the SYNC module with the latest software using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool and Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415 > General Procedures > SYNC Module Programming. For claiming, use causal part 14G371 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
