Official summary
Some 2020-2021 Super Duty vehicles equipped with an 10R140 automatic transmission may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) and/or powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator lamp with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0715, P0716, P0717, P0718, P07BF and/or P07C0 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). If any of these DTCs are set, focus diagnostics on the turbine shaft speed sensor (TSS) and/or TSS circuits. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01. Replacement of the ISSA or ISSB sensor will not correct this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
