TSB: Some 2020 model year Highlander and Highlander Hybrid vehicles may experience a sudden loss of air conditioning cooling with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1423 (Open in Pressure Sensor Circuit/Abnormal Refrigerant Pressure) present. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address these conditions.
