Official summary
Some 2013 Escape, 2013-2014 Fusion and MKZ vehicles built on or before 11/9/2013 may exhibit a hard start, no start and/or a loss of engine RPM after refueling. Some vehicles may also exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P1450 and/or P0456 stored in powertrain control module (PCM) memory.
