Revised Field Service Campaign for Cascadia CTP Initialization. Certain vehicles equipped with DTNA's proprietary Common Telematics Platform (CTP) are not communicating and, therefore, are unable to benefit from over-the-air software updates. The CTP will be initialized. REVISION: The work instructions have been updated to add a step to take a screenshot of the DiagnosticLink window to keep on file.
