Official summary
Revised Field Service Campaign sent out to customers to fix Common Telematics Platform (cTP), and Truck Data Center (TDC) communication issues. Certain vehicles built with DTNA's proprietary Common Telematics Platform (CTP), and Truck Data Center (TDC) are not communicating or have outdated software that cannot be updated and, therefore, are unable to benefit from over-the-air software updates. REVISION: The work instructions have been updated to add steps in the work instruction to take a screenshot of the DiagnosticLink window to keep on file, and put a mark through the label of the old CTP

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
