Official summary
2015-2018 Edge, 2016-2018 MKX vehicles equipped with active front steering (AFS) may require additional service when replacing the driver airbag using certain part numbers only and/or if replacing the restraints control module (RCM). In addition, some vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2300 stored in the RCM if the correct programming procedure was not followed.
