TSB: Some 2020 model year Toyota vehicles equipped with JBL amplifiers may exhibit no sound in all modes, an intermittent loud popping noise, and/or static noise coming from the speakers. Updated amplifiers are available through the exchange program to address this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
