Revised Field Service Campaign for Cascadia CTP Reset. Certain vehicles equipped with DTNA's proprietary Common Telematics Platform (CTP) are not communicating and, therefore, are unable to benefit from over-the-air software updates. The CTP will be reset and some will also be initialized.
