Official summary

CENTER CONSOLE / CUP HOLDER GETS HOT WHEN THE HEAT IS ON: The center console and front cup holder get noticeably too warm to the touch on long journeys with the interior "Heating on". The air ducts may not be properly connected, this allows heated air to leak out in this area. The foam material that seals between the ducts may be out of position, not held by the mounting adhesive and squashed allowing for an air leak.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
