Some 2020 Escape vehicles built on or after 10-Jan-2020, equipped with a 1.5L EcoBoost engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with only diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P04DB in the powertrain control module (PCM). If this DTC is retrieved with other DTCs, diagnose those first.
