Official summary

TSB: Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Sequoia and Tundra vehicles equipped with a sliding sunroof or moonroof may exhibit a binding, seizing, or sticking condition when attempting to open or close. In some cases, a clicking noise is present when the sliding sunroof or moonroof is stuck open or closed. This condition may be caused by rusted or seized sliding roof cables. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
