Official summary
A potential issue has been identified on certain Land Rover vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where the Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) system may not operate as expected. TSR and Adaptive Speed Limiter are not supported on these vehicles without Navigation system. To correct this mis-build condition and prevent these features, and Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) displays, from not functioning correctly, a software update is required to remove the features, including selections in the IPC menus.
