2019-2020 QX50; RATTLE FROM MOONROOF Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 2 if directed here from ITB20-009. IF YOU CONFIRM A rattle type noise is coming from the moonroof in the areas circled in green in Figure 1 AND The rattle goes away after removing the moonroof inner finisher(s). NOTE: The rattle noise may be intermittent and may be heard from one or both sides of the vehicle. ACTION Apply flocking tape to the moonroof inner finisher on both sides of the vehicle.
