WATER INGRESS IN FOOTWELL AREA FROM A/C CONDENSATE DRAIN: This Service Information Bulletin (Revision 1) replaces SI M64 01 16 dated September 2016. The condensate drain hose is blocked by the heat shield - The condensate drain hose is not attached properly to the housing - The condensate drain hose was damaged during installation or previous repair.
