TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: REAR HVAC CONTROL HEAD MEMORY UPGRADE - This bulletin provides the procedure to perform a wire harness upgrade on some 2020MY Telluride (ON) vehicles, produced from January 8, 2019 through June 4, 2019, which may experience a condition where the rear HVAC control head does not retain its previous settings and/or may reset to A/C on after the vehicle is turned off for a prolonged period of time.
