Official summary
Followup Notice - Our records indicate that a PRODUCT UPDATE has not been completed on this vehicle; refer to the address card for the affected VIN. On 2017-18 CR-V vehicles equipped with the 1.5 liter turbocharged engine, there are reports of vehicles experiencing drivability concerns. These concerns can result in the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) turning on. If the MIL is illuminated, your vehicle may fail a state or local emissions inspection.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
